  • Rebuilt the site from scratch as Markdown files with structured front matter, readable by people and agents.
  • Published five framework pages as a working draft: the problem space, the three loops, the well-informed space, cost of contact and the Triton method.
  • Settled on three loops (discovery and design, develop and deploy, direct and define), with the 6Ds as their phases. Decided 2026-10-15.
  • Added seven artifact skeletons from the 2010 activity spine.
  • Moved the February–March 2024 pages to Origins, unchanged, with their original dates.
  • Still open: Deliver or Deploy, Design or Detail, and whether the well-informed space sits inside the DRF or underneath it.
